got mask! adult and kid face masks are made with three layers of fabric (some with a built-in pocket to add a replaceable filter, which is sold separately). Face masks also include adjustable straps and an adjustable nose bridge in some. When worn properly, they are designed for a smooth fit without gaps.

Mask Fabrics: 50% polyester (1 layer), 50% cotton (1 layer), with inner sewn-in filter made of cotton fiber (1 layer), black elastic straps: 80% nylon, 20% spandex (if white, will specify).

Before putting on or taking off a face mask, wash your hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer.

It is recommended that you wash any fabric face mask before you wear it for the first time.

Always remove a replaceable filter before washing your mask, if included.

Wash by hand with mild soap or in a washing machine along with a load of appropriate colored clothes. If using a washing machine, use on normal cycle and a natural detergent; air dry or machine dry on low heat.

This product has not been FDA cleared or approved, but has been authorized by FDA under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for use as source control by the general public and by health care providers in healthcare settings as to help slow the spread of infection or illness during the COVID-19 pandemic. This product is: (1) not intended for use as a surgical mask or to provide liquid barrier protection; (2) not recommended for use in a clinical setting where the risk of infection through inhalation is high;  (3) not intended for antimicrobial or antiviral protection or related uses; (4) not intended for infection prevention or reduction; (5) not a respiratory protective device and should not be used for particulate filtration; and, (6) not for use in high risk aerosol generating procedures. This product shall remain authorized for such uses only for the duration of the FDA’s declaration, under section 564(b)(1) of the Federal, Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(b)(1), that circumstances exist justifying the emergency use of medical devices, unless the EUA is terminated or revoked sooner. The spread of COVID-19 can be reduced when cloth face coverings are used along with other preventive measures, including social distancing, frequent handwashing, and cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces.

U.S. Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time - All orders are processed within 5 business days or less, unless otherwise noted in our header bar of the website or unless it is during a busy season. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates - Standard shipping cost is only $3.75 if you reside in the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Sorry, International Shipping is not being accepted at this time.

Estimated Delivery Time - Any orders under 1 pound are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which typically ships in 2-5 business days.

NOTE: Overnight Delivery is only available for orders confirmed by got mask! prior to purchasing. To confirm if overnight shipping is available, please contact gotmask4U@gmail.com

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours of receiving your Shipment Confirmation email.

got mask! is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
